Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit Board of Directors Regular Meeting
The Board of Directors discussed various operational and financial matters, including the review of the monthly ridership report for March 2026, the monthly financial status report for February 2026, and the continued need for emergency repairs to the Black Point Bridge. Additionally, the Board adopted a resolution to amend the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 budget, authorized the General Manager to award agreements for fuel and fluid supply, and approved a contract for the maintenance of the SMART station network. A closed session was held to discuss labor negotiations and existing litigation.
