The council reviewed and approved the finance report, granted preliminary plat approval for common areas in Sugar Mill Pond Phase 27, and awarded bids for roadway striping and pump station upgrades. A variance was granted to omit sidewalk installation at 4900 Decon Road. Several resolutions were adopted, including authorization for financial matters, adoption of the Lafayette Parish Hazard Mitigation Plan, approval of substantial completion for the Langlinais Road Extension project, and donation of surplus police equipment.
