This Master Plan for Parks and Green Spaces aims to increase park usage, optimize public spending, and establish a collective vision for the City of Montréal-Est's parks and green spaces. Additionally, a notice of motion was given for a regulation amending regulation 77-2018 on financial administration, and a donation was approved for the Réseau alimentaire de l'Est de Montréal to cover the costs of a greenhouse at the Montréal-Est community gardens.

Lastly, they discussed a donation to the École secondaire de la Pointe-aux-Trembles for the Gala des étoiles, a donation to Les Relevailles de Montréal, a donation to the Table de concertation des aînés de Montréal-Est/Pointe-aux-Trembles for the International Day to Combat Maltreatment of Older Persons, a donation to the Action Secours Vie d'Espoir organization for the breakfasts of hope, a donation to the Société Ressources-Loisirs de Pointe-aux-Trembles Inc. for a training of the 2023 day camp monitors and a modification to the agreement between the City and Communauto for the implementation and management of a carsharing service.
