Regular Meeting
The meeting addressed several critical issues, primarily concerning the Cayuse system, where identified issues from October 7, 2025, resulted in notifications not being sent for upcoming protocol reviews and action items not appearing on dashboards. The Chair is actively coordinating with Sanford IT and the Cayuse Vendor for resolution. The committee reviewed and approved several protocol actions, including approved amendments, continuing reviews with no changes, and new protocols requiring revisions. Regarding De Novo Protocols, Protocol # IBC-00000123 was approved unanimously. Protocol # IBC-00000116 was approved pending clarification on one unanswered question and vendor purchase details. Protocol # IBC-00000114 required two minor clarifications regarding containment levels and the inclusion of a vendor product data sheet; approval was granted pending these changes.
