College Of The Ozarks Commitments
This document outlines the foundational principles, mission, vision, and goals of College of the Ozarks. It is guided by five core values: stewarding faithfully, creating community, pursuing good, practicing hospitality, and showing gratitude. The College's mission is to provide Christian education to deserving youth without sufficient means, with a vision to develop citizens of Christ-like character who are well-educated, hard-working, and patriotic. This vision is pursued through academic, vocational, Christian, patriotic, and cultural goals. Additionally, the College upholds specific faith and practice commitments rooted in historic Christian faith and evangelical Protestant tradition, including biblical positions on life, marriage, and religious freedom, with behavioral expectations for faculty and staff.
