The board discussed several items including contract amendments, the HCA reentry initiative, and a county audit. Public hearings were held regarding a CDBG public services grant. Updates were provided by the Assessor and Human Resources/Risk Management departments. The commissioners discussed and approved a declaration of agricultural disaster due to frost and freezing conditions. Additionally, the board held executive sessions to interview for the Clerk of the Board position and discuss public employee performance, approved various resolutions and budget lines, and reviewed financial reports and upcoming schedules.

The board discussed Records of Examination for Samra Farms LLC, continued review of applications from George and Karen Zittel, Kyle Walter, and Crown Resources Corporation, and noted the Department of Ecology review status for the Okanogan Conservation District and Joseph House projects. Additionally, the board approved an increase to the water conservancy board application fee and authorized the payment of an administrative invoice.

The meeting includes an administrative review of vouchers, financial statements for the Wheatland Bank fund, and a discussion regarding potential budget resources.
