The Board of Equalization conducted a series of administrative hearings to review property value petitions. Decisions were reached regarding senior citizen and disabled person exemption determinations, as well as multiple appeals of assessed property values. The Board issued findings that either sustained or overruled the Assessor's original valuations for various parcels across the county.

The board reviewed Records of Examination for Samra Farms LLC, discussed technical assistance for the Joseph House application with the Department of Ecology, and received updates regarding the Okanogan Conservation District record of examination and the status of the local water bank. Administrative agenda items were addressed, and the board continued discussions on applications for George and Karen Zittel, Kyle Walter, and the Crown Resources Corporation.

The board approved an administrative invoice and discussed several water-related records of examination and reports of decision, including those for the Okanogan Conservation District and Joseph House. Additionally, the board addressed administrative items such as a W9 request and continued reviews for the George and Karen Zittel, Kyle Walter, and Crown Resources Corporation applications.

The committee discussed the county fair budget and identified a funding shortfall, alongside updates on upcoming fundraising events. Progress reports were provided regarding fairground well operations, irrigation system planning, and confirmed service providers for livestock. The royalty team reported on past parade appearances and upcoming fundraising activities, while introducing the fair theme for the year. Unfinished and new business included planning for additional fair fundraisers, finalization of the premium book theme, discussions on animal judge fee structures, implementation of rules regarding toy weapons, and planning for agricultural displays.

The committee discussed potential changes to weekend and animal exhibitor pass pricing, ultimately deciding that further deliberation is required. A motion was passed to mandate that all payments be made at the North Gate. Additionally, the committee conducted the second reading of the Fair Premium Book and received reports from various subcommittees regarding areas such as camping, vending, livestock, parking, facilities, and entertainment.
