It is organized around four central goals: catalyzing bold ideas and fearless learning, expanding access and empowering every student to thrive, building an inclusive, resilient, and engaged community, and growing resources and institutional capacity. The plan aims to position the College as a leader in interdisciplinary, experiential, and community-engaged learning, justice education, and sustainability, while fostering a supportive and accessible environment for all students.
