Furthermore, the Commission addressed renewable energy projects, including certificates for solar farms and Zero-Emissions Credit implementation, and finalized several cable television franchise renewals and orders of entry.

The Commission instituted a proceeding regarding electric vehicle supply equipment and infrastructure to support the state's energy goals and promote utility involvement. It also approved a tariff filing by Consolidated Edison to include electric vehicle quick charging stations in its business incentive rate program. Additionally, the Commission approved amendments to the standardized interconnection requirements for small distributed generators to integrate energy storage and facilitate larger projects. The meeting concluded with formal resolutions honoring two retiring staff members for their long-term service.
