The board tabled a proposed statement of work for immigration-related legal services pending further clarification on fee structures and implementation protocols. Additionally, revisions to multiple policies regarding scholarship management, stewardship fees for online donations, and fundraising activities were approved subject to legal review. The meeting also included an update on the Oliver W. Connor Estate legal and property matters.

The committee reviewed and signed the annual report for the preceding fiscal year. Additionally, a facilities update was provided covering various renovation and construction projects, including the student services building, administration building, vocational technology building, and the physical education complex replacement.
