These include a step increase for all contracted employees hired before January 1, 2025, and adjustments for lane changes approved before the start of the school year. Adjustments to the District Clerical Salary Schedule include the consolidation of Levels 1 and 2. The district health insurance cost has increased by 9%, leading to the elimination of the Preferred Network option to control premiums. The district will continue to fund all plans based on the Summit Silver Plan, with employees receiving a 10% premium credit for wellness participation. Health insurance premium amounts paid by the district will remain consistent regardless of the plan selected by the employee, with employees covering any additional costs for more expensive plans. District H.S.A. contributions for select plans are specified, with amounts varying based on the plan type (Core or Copper) and coverage (Family/Couple or Single). H.S.A. contributions for employees on a Core plan working less than 8 hours per day will be reduced to eliminate the employee's portion of the health insurance premium.
