The Council reviewed and approved several items, including the payment of bills, a change order and final pay request for pool house renovations, and an appointment to the tourism advisory committee. A resolution regarding the handling of Executive Session minutes and audio recordings was passed. Additionally, the Council approved a pool concession lease, a wind turbine maintenance contract, electrical upgrades for the tennis courts and softball diamond, and an agreement for the purchase and maintenance of copiers. The meeting also included an announcement regarding the upcoming public hearing for the FY 2027 appropriations ordinance.
