A 6-year capital plan for the City of Winston-Salem covering fiscal years 2026-2027 through 2031-2032. The plan schedules capital appropriations for infrastructure investment across environmental health (solid waste disposal, water and wastewater treatment, water distribution and wastewater collection, and stormwater management), public safety, transportation (including mass transit), recreation and culture, and general government, with a total of $586 million in planned appropriations.
