This strategic plan, Avondale 2030, represents a shared vision focused on preparing every student to thrive in a rapidly changing world. It is centered on four key commitments: cultivating a strong culture of belonging and collaboration, delivering authentic and real-world learning experiences, preparing students with essential skills and mindsets, and strengthening Avondale as a preferred school community. The plan aims to develop skills within the Portrait of a Graduate, offer meaningful hands-on learning, expand opportunities in gifted education and career pathways, and integrate advanced technologies. Additionally, it emphasizes building strong relationships to ensure every student feels connected, every family is welcomed, and every staff member is supported.
