Peters Township Council Reorganization Meeting
The Council conducted its annual reorganization, electing a new Chairman and Vice-Chairman. The meeting included the appointment of various professional consultants, including the Solicitor, Consulting Engineer, Alternate Consulting Engineer, and Traffic Engineer. Numerous appointments were made to various boards and authorities, including the Cable Television Board, Construction Appeals Board, Environmental Quality Board, Traffic Impact Fee Advisory Committee, Library Board, Parks and Recreation Board, Peters Creek Sanitary Authority, Peters Township Sanitary Authority, Planning Commission, Youth Commission, and Zoning Hearing Board. Additionally, the Council designated an official newspaper for legal advertisements, established the schedule for regular meetings for the year, approved a resolution regarding police pension payroll deductions, and entered into a depository services agreement. The meeting also addressed safety concerns on Druid Drive and approved payroll and bills.
