Action Teams will develop action plans for each strategy within their respective goal areas.
The Southern Regional Board of Education invoked the Doctrine of Necessity to ratify a collective bargaining agreement with the Southern Regional Education Association (SREA). Conflicts of interest involving multiple board members due to family employment within the school district or NJEA affiliate membership would have prevented a quorum. The resolution allows the board to proceed with the vote, ensuring compliance with the School Ethics Commission guidelines.
