City Council Work Session Minutes
The work session included a presentation from the Legal Department regarding municipal records management, information governance, and best practices. Additionally, a discussion took place concerning a proposed interlocal agreement with Arlington for a development project known as Project Cascade, including its building boundaries, utility service areas, and potential obstacles. The Mayor shared information regarding a regional apprenticeship program and a meeting with the Greater Seattle Korean Association. Committee reports were provided covering an opportunity zone designation for downtown and updates on public works projects and traffic flow.
