The board reviewed several agreements and contracts for approval, including an amendment to a professional services agreement with D.R.E.A.M. Alive, Inc. for student transportation, a new agreement with Hardon Educational Institute, LLC for health sciences instructional programs, a coaching and support services agreement with the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, an auxiliary service agreement with Stratosphere Solutions for on-call network services, and an auxiliary service agreement with Eichhorn & Eichhorn, LLP for on-call legal services.
