This document details the School Bus Replacement Plan for Perry Township Schools, covering the five-year period from 2026 through 2030. Submitted to the Department of Local Government Finance in compliance with IC 20-40-18, the plan is structured around replacing buses with a presumed minimum useful life of twelve years. It includes replacement schedules and outlines justifications for potential additional bus purchases or early bus replacements.

The board discussed and approved several key agenda items, including the appointment of a new Vice President, the 2023-2024 Student Success Handbook, and the 2023-2024 support staff and administrator handbooks.
