This handbook outlines the Beekmantown Central School District's Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) model, a comprehensive framework integrating academics, behavior, and social-emotional learning. The plan is structured around a three-tiered system (universal, targeted, intensive) with a strong foundation in quality Tier I instruction.
