The board meeting agenda covered a variety of organizational and operational items. Financial matters addressed were the approval of the budget revision for the current fiscal year and various contract renewals and position changes. Additional actions included the approval of capital projects, salary schedule extensions, vehicle leases, and policy updates. The closed session was dedicated to personnel matters, specifically the hiring of various coaching and nursing positions.
