Key administrative reports covered the School Improvement Plan (SIP) update, program evaluations for Talented and Gifted, Library, and ELL/Migrant services, and updates on the CSIP, including mid-year data reviews. Human Resources and Support Services provided updates, including an agreement with the Fort Osage Youth League Volleyball. The Superintendent's report addressed the budget update, Facilities Master Plan, Bond Issue/Levy Transfer draft ballot language, and legislative updates. New business items included the recommendation to approve the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) Grant, the Teachers of Tomorrow MOU, and the Fort Osage Youth League (FOYL) Volleyball Agreement. A Special Work Session was also proposed for January 26, 2026, to discuss bond issue/levy transfer ballot language.

The School Improvement Plan for Osage Trail Middle School, covering 2025-2026, aims to ensure all students graduate success-ready and excel academically, professionally, and socially. The plan is structured around three core domains: Effective Instruction, Student Support, and Belonging & Dignity. Key objectives include achieving yearly typical growth or grade-level proficiency in math and ELA for all students by May 2026, addressing individual student needs to reduce failing grades and missing skills, fostering a high sense of belonging among 100% of students, and increasing student attendance to 80% or higher by May 2026.

The Woodland Early Childhood Center's School Improvement Plan outlines a three-year strategy to enhance student development and community engagement, structured around three core domains: Belonging, High Quality Learning, and Social, Emotional and Physical Well-Being. Key goals include fostering a strong sense of belonging among students, families, and staff; increasing students' pre-academic skills; and implementing trauma-informed practices to support students' emotional well-being. The plan is guided by the vision that all children can learn and grow through play, valuing belonging, play & pre-academic skills, and positive family partnerships.
