The Special Magistrate conducted a code enforcement hearing to address violations related to unauthorized short-term rental activity in an R2 zone. Key topics included the review of evidence, such as body cam footage and zoning maps, for a property identified as being in violation of city code section 110-201. The Magistrate determined that although the property had violated the code, it was currently in compliance, and therefore no fines or administrative costs were assessed. The meeting also included the introduction of a subsequent code enforcement case.
