Other topics included a six-month trial for wastewater items to assess cost savings, updates on a major utility project requiring the relocation of a water main due to INDOT's ditch design issues, follow-up on a historical marker, discussion of a boundary change proposal concerning water supply adequacy, and updates on the community process for a recently awarded bid.
