Common Council Special Meeting
The meeting involved a review of the city's Capital Improvement Plan for 2027-2031, with a focus on project prioritization, borrowing schedules, and the impact of the wheel tax on road maintenance funding. Council members discussed specific capital expenses, including public works equipment and the replacement of a dump truck, as well as adjustments to the 2027 budget draft.
