The City Commission addressed a variety of administrative and operational agenda items. Old business included authorizing management agreements for the Con Foster Building and ethics arbiter services, as well as rezoning specific properties. New business items included approving engineering services for a shoreline project and engaging legal counsel for eminent domain and zoning matters. A ballot proposal for a TIF plan extension failed, and a closed session was held regarding attorney-client communication.
