The board reviewed the Executive Secretary's report on licensure statistics and renewal timelines. A financial report covering the period of October through March was presented and accepted. The board selected the recipient of the Thornton L. (Tony) Neathery Outstanding Geology Student Award and finalized the schedule for the annual board-sponsored Continuing Education Program. Furthermore, the board discussed and approved a transition to state employment, including a new inter-agency agreement for administrative and investigative services. Nine professional geologist license applications were reviewed and approved.
