The Board reviewed and adjudicated several residential and commercial property alteration applications. Applications for additions or renovations at 28 Colonial Avenue, 179 Rockaway Avenue, 45 Hilton Avenue, 217 Whitehall Boulevard, and 1325 Franklin Avenue were approved. Proposals for property changes at 23 Tremont Street, 93 Huntington Road, and 1 Prospect Avenue were adjourned for further architectural adjustments.
