Payment of bills and reports of the secretary and treasurer were also approved.

The Randolph Township Board of Education held a meeting to discuss various topics, including the district being awarded over $67,000 for the Trees for Schools initiative grant. The board also reviewed NJGPA and AP data, and signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for a new contract commencing on July 1st, 2025, with the Randolph Education Association (REA). The Personnel Committee discussed several positions the district is filling and reviewed upcoming dates for the 2025-2026 school year, such as New Staff Orientation and the First Day for Teachers and Students. The Education Committee reviewed Atlas, the district's program to develop curriculum, and discussed the curriculum revision process. The Finance, Facilities, and Transportation Committee discussed referendum projects and the revisions of the Long Range Facilities Plan.

The board meeting included interviews for an open Board of Education position, resulting in the appointment of Ms. Cara Zhao. A Roadmap to Reentry plan was presented, outlining the district's approach to reopening school buildings. Numerous motions were approved, covering personnel matters (resignations, appointments, leaves of absence, extra pay, summer employment), education (professional development, special education services, HIB reports, evaluation rubrics, student safety data), finance (payment of bills, financial reports, contract approvals, budget adjustments), facilities (long-range facilities plan, donations), and policy updates. Public comments were addressed, and committee reports were given on communications, education, finance, facilities, transportation, diversity and inclusion, personnel, and policy.

The committee meeting focused on agenda curriculum review and textbook adoption. Discussions included revisions to various courses, such as RMS Junior Engineering, Food Science, Exploring Computer Science, Robotics II, Forensic Science, World Language IV Honors, Honors Ceramics and Sculpture, Culinary Arts I, Music Technology II, Calculus A, Learning Skills, and English I. A new course, Human Happiness and Well-Being, was also introduced. Revisions to Sixth Grade United States History were also reviewed. A public discussion addressed the differences between AP Psychology and the CCM General Psychology courses. Textbook adoption for AP Environmental Science was also discussed.
