The commission reviewed and approved a sign permit application for a building-mounted sign and an administrative review permit for a physical therapy clinic. Additionally, the commission recommended approval of a two-lot Certified Survey Map to the Town Board. A second Certified Survey Map was also recommended for approval, contingent upon a review of the relevant Conditional Use Permit by the Oneida County Planning and Development Committee to ensure compliance with tower setback requirements.
