Regarding Measure E, the committee reviewed the parcel tax resolution history, which sets the rate at $98 per parcel through 2027--28, and agreed to send the annual Measure E Letter to families in the Spring to encourage participation. A committee member agreed to present the annual report at the upcoming Board meeting on February 24, 2026.
