The plan is built upon five guiding principles: fostering a thriving community, a strong and resilient economy, environmental stewardship, connecting people and places, and innovation for a better future. It incorporates a balanced land use pattern to integrate residential, commercial, and employment uses with open space and public services, aiming to enhance quality of life, maintain community character, and achieve a sustainable and vibrant future.
