Linwood Public Schools Strategic Plan 2024-2029
The Linwood Public Schools' Strategic Plan outlines a commitment to empowering children as educated, responsible, and compassionate global citizens through lifelong learning, in partnership with parents and the community. Guided by values of excellence, equity, collaboration, innovation, and integrity, the plan focuses on six key goals. These include enhancing curriculum, instruction, and assessment with an innovative focus on rigor, engagement, social and emotional learning, creativity, and real-life experiences; implementing a highly effective preschool program; committing fiscal and human resources for talent development, retention, and recruitment; exploring social outreach for timely and accurate communication; conducting a comprehensive facility assessment; and reviewing fiscal efficiencies, accounting practices, and financial engagement opportunities.
