The Board conducted a public hearing regarding potential amendments to the unified development ordinance to allow manufactured housing within the ETJ and RA40 zoning districts. Discussions focused on establishing appropriate design standards, such as foundation and siding requirements, and distinguishing these standards from existing mobile home park regulations. Due to the need for further clarification on these requirements, the Board voted to table the ordinance to a later meeting. Additionally, the Board approved an ordinance amendment regarding solid waste collection and reviewed questions concerning the historical usage and tax status of the public access easement at Branson Circle.
