This document serves as a guide for parishes within the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston to develop their own actionable pastoral plans. It outlines a seven-step process for parishes to conduct robust planning, focusing on spiritual needs, consensus-based objective selection, and the definition of action plans. The overarching aim is to support the vision of an Archdiocese that lives the Spirituality of Communion, building upon feedback and objectives formulated by the Archdiocesan Pastoral Council. Parish plans are encouraged to adopt a 3 to 5-year timeframe.
