Woodland Hills School District Agenda Setting Meeting
The board discussed a variety of administrative and operational items, including the appointment of representatives to the Allegheny Intermediate Unit Joint Purchasing Program and the acceptance of several grants from the United Way and the Department of Agriculture. Board members addressed the disposal of surplus equipment and the advertising of requests for proposals for internet service providers and wide area network connections. Additionally, the board approved several safety and maintenance projects, such as the installation of safety gates, accepted donations for athletic programs, authorized a special education settlement agreement, and managed routine school financial tasks including budget transfers, bill list ratification, and the opening of a new scholarship account.
