The council discussed various reports from the Police Department, Code Compliance, and Neighborhood Services. A representative from Habitat for Humanity provided an update on local housing initiatives, mortgage subsidies, and upcoming community build events. The Beautiful Battle Creek Award Committee secured approval for May house and business nominations.
