The Board of Auglaize County Commissioners will conduct hearings to consider adopting a per parcel charge for the Auglaize County Solid Waste Management District services. The hearings will explain the necessity of a twenty dollar charge on residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial, and exempt buildings. The BOCC is considering the improved parcel fee due to the Ohio Supreme Court's late 2007 ruling against the county regarding responsibility to pay for monitoring at the St. Marys Landfill.
