The District Goals for West Carrollton City Schools for 2024-2025 focus on student achievement, student culture, communication, and financial stewardship/building project. Key areas include implementing the One Plan, delivering differentiated instruction in ELA and Math, providing professional development in Math and Science of Reading, enhancing parental involvement, and integrating technology. The plan also aims to improve student culture through PBIS, MTSS, SEL, and SIOP, enhance communication with stakeholders, maintain the building project on budget, and ensure accurate data reporting.

The 2023-2024 Strategic Plan for the Montgomery County ESC Business Advisory Council focuses on enhancing partnerships between schools, higher education, and employers to ensure workforce competitiveness. Key areas of focus include ensuring student success and career readiness, supporting business growth, retaining regional talent, and making Montgomery County an attractive place to live and work. The plan emphasizes work-based learning opportunities, particularly for younger students, and leverages collaborations with industry and schools to develop innovative workforce development strategies. Specific initiatives include expanding career awareness programs, utilizing student aptitude data for program planning, promoting career-related information campaigns, focusing on K-5 career connections, and facilitating employer engagement with schools. The plan also highlights the importance of educator engagement, policy advocacy, and a Warren County working group to support localized implementation.
