The college unveiled a new five-year strategic plan, internally referred to as 'Dream, Plan, Build'. This guiding document is structured around three core commitments: Student Success, Institutional Excellence, and Local Communities. The plan outlines goals to be achieved through these commitments, requiring engagement and feedback from the entire Otc system.

The plan promotes ongoing innovation, strengthens institutional capacity through best practices, and advances Southwest Missouri through education, workforce training, and economic development. The overall vision is to transform lives and strengthen communities.
