The Executive Committee is required to report on any decisions made under this delegated authority at the subsequent meeting.
The board discussed and authorized the submission of a project for the renovation of the main locker rooms at the UQAM Sports Center to the Ministry of Education under the financial assistance program for recreational, sports, and outdoor infrastructures. The board confirmed the university's financial commitment to cover eligible project costs, operating expenses, and potential cost overruns.
