The Elmore County Safety Action Plan serves as a comprehensive, data-driven strategic framework aimed at reducing fatal and serious injuries on county-maintained roadways. It focuses on evaluating safety performance, identifying and prioritizing data-driven projects and strategies, assessing policies, and engaging public and underserved communities. The plan is guided by the Safe System Approach and seeks to achieve a 5% annual reduction in fatal and serious injuries by 2045, working towards a vision of zero roadway fatalities.
