Fort Lewis College Strategic Plan 2025-2030
The Fort Lewis College Strategic Plan 2025-30 is a transformative roadmap designed to propel the institution toward national recognition in rural higher education. It is guided by five interconnected Strategic Directions: Academics, Student-Ready, Reconciliation, Community Connections, and Basic Needs. The plan aims to establish FLC as a regional and national academic leader, support a diverse student population as a student-ready institution, become a national model for Reconciliation in Higher Education, advance economic mobility through workforce development and partnerships, and ensure all students have access to nutritious food and safe, affordable housing. Ultimately, the plan seeks to empower students as problem-solvers and leaders, creating a campus that exemplifies equity, reconciliation, and opportunity.
