North Central State College Strategic Planning 2026
This document outlines the Key Performance Indicators for strategic planning, focusing on increasing access for minoritized students and early college students, and improving persistence and completion rates. Key wins include significant gains in minoritized student access, College Credit Plus (CCP) credit hours, and persistence rebounds, as well as an increase in bachelor attainment for transfer graduates and strong financial reserves. Challenges include a decline in non-traditional student headcount and completion metrics slightly below target. The overall strategic direction is to diversify the student body, enhance retention, convert gains into completions, and reverse the decline in adult learners, encapsulated by the theme: 'Growing Access, Strengthening Persistence, Watching Completion.'
