Natural Medicine Program Advisory Board Minutes
The meeting included updates from the Program Director on application numbers, the close of the legislative session, staff recruitment, future presentations, feedback from Training Programs, and a monthly Training Program newsletter. The Attorney General provided a staffing update. The Combined Subcommittee Chair updated members on the Nagoya Protocol presentation, educational campaign discussions, curriculum requirements review, and subcommittee reorganization. An update was given on application numbers, licensing trends, resources for compliance and education, and the anticipated timing of regulated natural medicine services. A presentation was given on The Rise of Psilocybin, followed by a review of the rules and brainstorming about modifications for the year 2025.
