Nashua Community College Strategic Plan 2024-2029
This strategic plan outlines initiatives across four key pillars: Engagement and Success, Enrollment and Sustainability, Opportunity and Social Mobility, and Efficiency and Effectiveness. It aims to improve student completion and success rates for all students, including adult learners, first-time freshmen, part-time, and evening students, while also increasing student activities and Purpose-First strategies. The plan also focuses on reducing student expenses, increasing adult learner enrollment, offering high-quality programming, and enhancing community engagement. Additionally, it targets eliminating equity gaps, fostering an inclusive environment to become a Hispanic Serving Institution, and optimizing institutional processes through an expanded culture of assessment and technological integration.
