Key discussion items included the potential implementation of parent-child lot subdivisions, the removal of density caps for smaller projects, and the modification of dimensional standards such as lot coverage and building height. The commission reviewed findings from an executive report and analyzed strategies to provide diverse, affordable housing options while maintaining appropriate development scales.
The meeting focused on a pending application regarding a modification of a residence permit at 183 Oslo Street.
