Taney County Commission Official Commission Minutes
The County Commission conducted several business items, including the approval of accounts payable and a public hearing regarding the vacation of a platted cul-de-sac and right-of-way. Bids were awarded for motor oil and hydraulic oil, as well as printing, mailing, and email services. The Commission approved distribution agreements for opioid settlement funds with the Simmering Center and the Taney County Ambulance District. Additionally, a cooperative agreement with the City of Branson regarding sewer sales tax funding was approved. The Treasurer presented a semi-annual settlement and investment report. The Commission also reviewed and acted upon SB190 tax credit applications and accepted personal property abatements and add-on reports for June 2026.
