Several concept applications for future projects were discussed, including an office/shop building, a maintenance/retail/warehouse park, a gun shop, property splitting for commercial use, a residential platting project, apartments for individuals with developmental disabilities, a distillery, and additional cell tower proposals. The commission also addressed ongoing discussions regarding townhome requests, property zoning/lot lines, and an amendment to county height regulations.
