Ocean County College Board Of Trustees Board Meeting Minutes
The Board reviewed reports from several committees. The Finance Committee accepted financial statements and awarded various contracts for facilities maintenance, technology services, insurance, library subscriptions, and specialized research projects, while also authorizing grant applications and lease agreements. The Building and Grounds Committee accepted the Facilities Engineering and Operations Status Report. The Bylaw, Policy, and Curriculum Committee revised several policies, programs, and course offerings, and inactivated one course. The Personnel Committee processed numerous staffing actions, including new hires, resignations, retirements, and changes in position across faculty, administrative, and support staff roles. The Board also adopted a resolution honoring the outgoing student/alumni representative.
